Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We operate a limited-capacity, premium experience. Our cancellation policy reflects the preparation required for each cruise.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time (local Cambodian time) are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will not be refunded.

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

In the event that a cruise is canceled by Sunset Boat Experiences – Siem Reap due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions, or

  • Requests or restrictions from local Cambodian authorities,

Guests will be offered:

  • The opportunity to reschedule, or

  • A full refund if rescheduling is not desired.

Weather Policy

Our cruises operate rain or shine, provided conditions are safe for navigation.

  • Light rain does not affect operations.

  • The vessel is covered, and complimentary ponchos are available for guest use.

  • Cruises may be canceled in cases of:

    • Lightning

    • Severe thunderstorms

    • High winds

    • Any condition deemed unsafe by the captain

If a cruise is canceled by the operator due to weather:

  • Guests may reschedule, or

  • Receive a full refund if they choose not to reschedule.

Your all-inclusive sunset experience has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless and elevated journey on the water.

  • Luxury sunset cruise on Tonle Sap

  • Small-group experience (maximum 20–25 guests)

  • Hotel pick-up and return within central Siem Reap (where applicable)

  • Premium food service (tapas-style or curated menu, depending on experience)

  • Selected beverages included according to your chosen package

  • Covered vessel with panoramic viewing areas

  • Professional crew trained in safety and hospitality

  • All taxes and service charges

What’s Not Included

  • Gratuities (at guest discretion)

  • Additional premium beverages beyond the selected package

  • Photographer or special entertainment services (available upon request)

  • Transportation outside the designated hotel pick-up area

  • Any services not explicitly listed as included

General Information

  • Not wheelchair accessible

  • Stroller access available (limited space)

  • Service animals permitted

  • No outside food or beverages allowed

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

  • Operates in most weather conditions

  • Departure location accessible via GRAB and PassApp

Departure & Boarding Information

Detailed departure instructions, boarding times, and hotel pick-up information will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Guests booking within 30 minutes of departure may not be eligible for hotel pick-up and should proceed directly to the boarding location.
