By completing a booking with Sunset Boat Experiences – Siem Reap, guests acknowledge and agree to the following booking conditions. These terms apply to all experiences and private charters unless otherwise stated.
All experiences must be reserved in advance through our website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Availability is limited due to our small-group capacity (maximum 20–25 guests per departure).
All required Tonle Sap access and entrance tickets are included in the experience price.
No additional ticket fees are payable on the day of the cruise unless otherwise stated.
Guests are required to arrive at the designated boarding point at the stated boarding time.
Late arrivals may result in missed departure and will be treated as a no-show (see Cancellation Policy).
Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis between upper and lower decks, subject to availability.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
The operator reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior compromises safety or the enjoyment of others.
The vessel is not wheelchair accessible.
Strollers are permitted, but space is limited.
Service animals are welcome onboard.
Guests with dietary restrictions or special requests are encouraged to contact us in advance.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard, unless prior arrangements have been approved.
All food and beverages included are provided as part of your selected experience.
